The Highgate Townhome Homeowners Association is a community made up of 300 attached and semidetached townhomes. This community was built in 1999. Our entrance and landscaping are professionally maintained and are the staple of our community.
The amenities at The Highgate include a swimming pool, a spacious lakeside pavilion with large brick barbeque grill, picnic areas, tennis courts and a beautiful lake naturally stocked with fish. The Highgate is convenient to both historic Covington and Old Town Conyers, both of which feature antique shops and quaint restaurants. As a homeowner in the Highgate, there is a covenant with bylaws as well as a mandatory HOA fee of $304.00 per year. Along with a second HOA fee due to the Master Association of The Enclave at Gross Lake in the amount of $300 per year. Architectural Standards are strictly enforced by our HOA board to ensure that all property values are maintained.
